Hi all,

Unfortunately today is the last day I will be uploading 0-day/Hitlist comics…also request comics will not be possible. Support for ComicsFood has been drastically reduced in recent months and I cannot continue to financially support the servers and RDP. The site will work until the hosting and domain expire, but without uploading anything. Thank you to everyone who contributed to keeping this site alive all these years! Maybe someday I will return… who knows how things will evolve and how we will overcome the crisis that is in this world. That’s all I had to say….

Thank you!

  • If you have any difficulties to download any comic or pack, please send an mail to: and write your problem.
  • All of the comic files are packed on .CBR and/or .CBZ file formats and some comics are PDF, mobi and epub. Here are some of the reader apps that i can recommend : YAC Reader (Win, OSX, Linux, iOS), ComicRack (Win, Android, iOS), CDisplayEx.
  • To extract any compressed files, I recommend using 7-Zip.
  • If you want to Report Broken Links, Request Comics or report any Copyright Infringement, please use Click here to: Report Broken Links / Request Comics / Copyright Infringement red button and is located on every comic post down after download links. Use real email address to know when is fixed any broken links. Thanks!

I only just discovered this site this week. Have you thought of picking a financial goal and crowdfunding. I actually didn’t even realize there was a donate option on here until you just mentioned financial support. Then I looked and I saw it. Maybe a popup when you get on the site to make it front and center as well? Just some ideas. Anyway, thanks for all you do.

An amazing website that spans the history of comics. Through his website I discovered so much that lay beyond the Marvel/Dc realm, both in contemporary times, as well as hidden treasures that covered from the Golden Age through the Bronze Age of Comics.
This website was invaluable in digitizing so much of my physical comic collection, reducing the amount of physical activity required just to find a particular comic I felt the need to read.
My main regret about the website was that there wasn’t a big enough fan base (apparently) that a membership plan could not have been put in place. I enjoyed visiting the website, but the cost to continually access the website was not something I could afford, forcing myself to visit every X number of months.
This website has been around for years/decades(?), and its eventual loss will be deeply felt.
A final contribution for accessing the comics, like in times past, has been made. It may not have been necessary, but it felt right.
Thank you for your efforts throughout all of these years.

I don’t disagree with anything you said. It is all the years of getting things on the internet for free that made me insensitive on what it really takes to keep things running. I’ve appreciated your honesty on what it takes to keep a website running, and at some stage, I understood why it is was necessary when ‘free’ couldn’t be maintained anymore. I wish I would have understood and accepted this sooner.

Thank you again for a website that truly showed a universe of comics.

Would love your thoughts, please comment.x
